GTM engineering for B2B teams on HubSpot and Salesforce
More qualified pipeline. A CRM you can finally trust.
Drivant finds the accounts ready to buy right now and puts them in front of your team, on top of a clean CRM with reporting leadership believes. One senior operator builds it in 21 days, for a fixed price.
Book a 20-min callGet a free teardownThe problem
Growth is stuck between a messy CRM and outbound that guesses.
Reps email the wrong people at the wrong time
Lists built on firmographics alone. Nobody watches for the moment an account starts hiring, raises money or changes its stack.
Leadership doesn't believe the numbers
Duplicates, overwritten source fields, stages with no exit criteria. Every forecast meeting turns into a debate about data.
Fixing it can cost a quarter
You hire someone to clean it up. Their first months often go to archaeology instead of pipeline.
Why Drivant
RevOps firms fix the CRM. Lead gen agencies send email. You need both, owned by one person.
Outbound only works on clean data, and a clean CRM is only worth it if pipeline flows into it. Drivant builds both as one system, with the price and scope written down before we start.
| Criteria | Hire in-house | Typical agency | Drivant |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to working system | Months to hire, then ramp | Discovery phase, then a retainer | 21 days, fixed |
| Who does the work | One generalist | Account manager + juniors | The senior operator you talk to |
| CRM + reporting + outbound | Usually one of the three | Usually one of the three | All three, connected |
| Price | Salary, benefits, tools | "Let's talk" | $7,500, published |
| If it doesn't work | You find out in a quarter | You keep paying | $2,500 back, in the contract |
What you won't get: long lock-in contracts, vanity reports or slideware, or a handoff to juniors after the sales call. I work inside the CRM and tools you already have, and the scope is written down before we start.
How it works
Three pillars, built in three weeks, connected as one system.
Each week ends with a short call and a written summary of what changed and why.
Week 1 · Data foundation
Organize the data
- Audit of objects, properties, workflows
- Duplicate merge and data quality rules
- Stages with clear entry and exit criteria
- Required fields only where they matter
Week 2 · Pipeline truth
Know what's really in the pipeline
- Sourced vs. influenced, agreed in writing
- Attribution that holds up to a CFO
- Pipeline, velocity and conversion views
- One leadership dashboard, auto-refreshed
Week 3 · Lead engine
Signal-based leads, switched on
- Custom buying signals built for your market, from hiring and funding to tech-stack shifts, competitor moves and intent data
- Verified decision-makers per account
- Personalized sequences on warmed inboxes
- Replies and meetings logged in your CRM
Is this a fit?
Built for a specific kind of team.
Good fit
- B2B SaaS, staffing or agency, roughly 10 to 500 people
- On HubSpot or Salesforce, with a CRM that has grown messy
- Leadership wants pipeline numbers they can plan around
- Selling to US companies, ready to add outbound
Probably not a fit
- You need a long retainer before seeing anything work
- You want a deck of recommendations, not a working system
- Nobody internal can spend about an hour a week with me
- You're looking for the cheapest list of emails
What you own on day 21
Everything stays in your accounts, documented.
In your CRM
Cleaned records, merge and validation rules, stage definitions and the leadership dashboard.
In your outbound stack
Signal sources, account and contact lists, sequences and sending setup, all on accounts in your name.
In writing
A short operating guide: what was changed, how to keep it clean, and how to read the reports.

Teardown: [Company redacted], B2B SaaS, ~120 employees
| Finding | Impact | Fix | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| Same company stored under several domains | Account reporting undercounted | Merge rules on primary domain + weekly dedupe | High |
| "Original source" overwritten by imports | Marketing-sourced pipeline can't be proven | Lock source fields, backfill from first touch | High |
| No signal on open roles or funding | Outbound timing is random | Daily signal feed into a CRM list | Medium |
Pricing
Fixed scope, fixed price. You know the number before we talk.
The 21-day build
Clean CRM, trusted reporting and the pipeline engine. Paid in full up front, so the clock starts the day I get access.
The guarantee
If 21 days after I get access the system isn't running as described in the scope we sign, you get $2,500 back. It's in the contract.
Then, if you want
Pipeline Ops: I run the engine, add signals, test sequences and keep your CRM clean. Month to month.

Who you work with
Luis García, founder.
Drivant is founder-led on purpose. The person on the first call is the person inside your CRM. No handoffs, no account managers.
I build GTM systems inside your existing CRM and stack: data cleanup, signal-based prospecting, enrichment, outbound and custom API integrations. Based in Mérida, Mexico, working US business hours, with written updates every week.
FAQ
Questions people ask first.
What happens on the call?
20 minutes. You show me where things hurt, I tell you honestly whether the 21-day build fits. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
How much of my team's time does this take?
About an hour a week: kickoff, two check-ins, handoff. I need one person who knows how your team sells.
What access do you need?
A HubSpot or Salesforce user with permissions we agree on in writing. Nothing is deleted without a backup and your sign-off.
Do you work in Salesforce, or only HubSpot?
Both. The build is the same in either: clean data, pipeline reporting and the lead engine writing back into your CRM.
Do we need to buy new tools?
We'll decide together on the call. I'll only recommend tools the engine actually needs, and you own every account.
Why is the price public?
Because the scope is fixed. You can decide if it makes sense before spending time on a call.
What does the retainer include?
Running outbound, adding signals, testing sequences and monthly data hygiene. Stop at the end of any month.
